The Future of the Diabetic Cookbook Blog

By Adam R. Garcia
Hello All, just setting up this blog/vlog to let you know of upcoming events. We have a lot of things coming up that I wanted to let you know about on the Diabetic Cookbook Blog.
Just some of the things that you can be expecting, and here is something that I wanted to show you, as you can see here I have my big book of blog/vlog ideas. Some of the things that we will be talking about are things like the Glycemic index, the Glycemic load, and information on glucose levels. Also I’ll be speaking on things like injection methods and the diabetic lifestyle and I’ll be interviewing people about emotions. The emotions they have when dealing with this terrible disease. Basically just getting their feelings about being diabetic, living with the disease, and seeing how they feel. Also we will be talking about diabetic myths and for those of you who don’t know about diabetes I’ll be putting out more information about pre-diabetes, Type I Diabetes, Type II Diabetes, and I will be discussing gestational diabetes for those pregnant women out there. Also I will be speaking about hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia. Things like the symptoms you experience. I will also be having more cookbook reviews and a new concept, recipe reviews.
In the future, I hope around April, I will be able to bring you a recipe of the day/week/month. I’ll be setting it up to where I can actually videotape myself going through a recipe and cooking it for you right in my own kitchen to show you how to make it meet your personal diabetic needs or diabetic meal plan. These are just some of the upcoming events in the future.
If you have any comments, ideas, or just want to discuss some things you can contact me through the “Contact Us” page of my blog or better yet through my email at argarcia1@elp.rr.com. You all take care and god bless.
HI Adam,
Great job on the blog. My mom is diabetic and I have been classified as prediabetic, so needless to say it is a subject near and dear to my heart. I will be checking back regularly to see what new stuff you have posted.
